General Information

 I order frequently from my suppliers and work to get you the products you desire.

If there is a backorder on an item, you will be notified by Email. I will hold your order until I can send everything together. If you would rather I send a partial shipment, let me know by Email.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S Dollars and are subject to change. We accept Visa, Mastercard if you so choose. Do to the increase in fraudulent activity we will not accept payments via wire or bank transfers.

Returns

Ensuring quality products to our customers and maintaining the protection of all is of utmost importance. Acorn Needle cannot accept returns on books, charts, opened kits, floss, fibers or custom cut fabric. In addition, special orders cannot be returned. If you need to return or exchange an item please email us for authorization. If the error is ours we will ship the correct item at our expense. If you have ordered the wrong item shipping expense will be your responsibility. All returned items must be free of defects (unless returned because of defects naturally!!).
